How Our Booking Process Works

Booking your maintenance service with Mohammad Mado Tech Cont Company (MMCO) is quick and straightforward.
Please follow these steps to schedule your appointment:

1. Choose Your Property

Select either Khawla Tower or Al Mubarak Center or Momaaad Building, Ajman to continue.

2. Select Service Type

Browse the list of available maintenance services and choose the one you need.
You will also select whether your request falls under:

• Office Hours (8 AM – 4 PM, Sunday to Thursday — free service)

• Non-Office Hours (after 4 PM, weekends, and public holidays — paid service)

3. Pick a Date & Time

Choose your preferred timeslot from the calendar.
Office Hour requests are allocated based on availability and urgency.

4. Submit & Confirm

After booking, you will receive a confirmation.

For Non-Office Hours, payment must be completed during booking to secure your slot.
